Thank you for supporting The School RP. All purchases and donations go directly toward server costs, maintenance, development, and improving the overall player experience.

Your donation perks will remain active as long as you remain a member of the community and are not banned or blacklisted.

Please understand that donating does not give you special treatment, rule immunity, or protection from staff punishment. All players are expected to follow the same server rules. If you are banned or blacklisted, your perks may be removed and no refund will be issued.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our packages and products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a purchase is completed, the payment is considered final and will be reinvested into server expenses, upkeep, development, and community improvements.

By purchasing any package from The School RP Store, you agree to our no-refund policy. You also agree to follow all server rules and accept any punishments issued by the staff team if those rules are broken.

If you receive a ban or blacklist from The School RP, you are still not eligible for a refund. The only person who may approve a refund under special circumstances is the Server Owner.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or financial claim against the server may result in your package being revoked, a permanent blacklist from The School RP, and no possibility of appeal. Depending on the package, your items, perks, or assets may also be resold or reassigned to other community members. Attempting a chargeback may also result in a character wipe.
